Arthur’s Garden Deli is a local restaurant here in Rock Island, IL. With other locations in Sterling, IL, Dixon, IL, and Rock Falls, IL, this restaurant is one of the most popular spots for deli styled food in the Quad Cities.
From personal experience, I have grown up eating at this restaurant. It is one of my favorite places to go out to eat. Just like many others, there are hundreds of positive reviews from this restaurant. Between their diverse sandwiches and many choices of sides, there is a choice for everyone.
Beginning with their wide variety of sides, my favorite is their veggie pasta salad, fresh pickles, and their many choices of chips. They have three types of pasta with Italian dressing: a vegetable, Italian, and plain. Their veggie pasta includes grape tomatoes, cucumbers, and broccoli. Their Italian style pasta includes green peppers, grape tomatoes, olives, and pepperoni pieces.
They have eighteen different choices of sandwiches that are available in the size of four inches and seven inches. My favorite is the number four, turkey and provolone, and it’s perfect every time. They also provide a long list of dressing and garnishes to add to your sandwich to customize it to your own liking.
And if you do not want the traditional sandwich, they offer many forms of potato entrees, a number nineteen through thirty- a classic bowl of a baked potato with customizable inclusions.
Arthur’s has a long list of other sides, including amazing mac and cheese, fruit cups, daily soup options, and chili, along with many salads, including mac salad, potato salad, Ambrosia, baked beans, and cottage cheese.
And their desserts! There is delicious cheesecake with many options for everyone. From rich chocolate flavors to sweet original, there is a choice for everyone. Along with that, their fresh chocolates are nothing to forget. A choice of a jumbo peanut butter cup, dark chocolate almond turtle, milk chocolate cashew turtle, and milk chocolate walnut turtle. Their famous frozen yogurt with classic flavors of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and twist can be served in bowls, cake cones, and waffle cones. With dozens of toppings to add, you can customize it to your liking. Between cheesecake, chocolates, and frozen yogurt, you can always finish your meal with a sweet treat of your liking.
Overall, I definitely recommend taking a stop at Arthur’s Garden Deli! The feeling of fresh food in an inviting space is unmatched. With their wide variety of choices of entrees, sides, and deserts there is something guaranteed for everyone.
