Dear future rocky kids,

Dear future rocky kids,

This experience was quite interesting and scary at the same time. I hope no one ever has to go through this again because it was something that was so unexpected. I think this experience was so bad to some because no one had answers. It wasn’t like you could go to your mom and dad or family members and ask when this was all going to be over. It was just a constant waiting method. Staying in the house never seemed so boring. And then having to wear masks everywhere you go because it was another method of spreading the virus. Not even being able to see your friends or even go to school. Now I always thought school was boring and I couldn’t wait until it was over so that summer could come. But you couldn’t even treat this like summer because you couldn’t go anywhere or see anyone besides the people who were in your house. I have learned to appreciate school a lot more and seeing my friends more and even leaving the house. I also realized I need to appreciate the nurses and doctors or anyone who helps at the hospital more and scientists because they are the ones we go to at the end of the day for help and to even stay alive. I hope that everyone in the future takes school more seriously and appreciate it more because there was a time where some of us wanted to go to school because it gave us something to do and somewhere to go and it for some of us is the only way we get to see our friends.
