Necessities

Quarantine has brought upon a lot of sadness and longing. Many significant events have been cancelled and or postponed. That being said, quarantine has also helped me try some new things. It has given me time to start some healthy habits that I otherwise probably wouldn’t have tried.

One of my necessities for quarantine is, of course, my phone. I can spend hours on my phone scrolling through various apps. TikTok, Twitter, and Snapchat are my top 3 apps. Switching between these apps can take up to 6 hours of my day! TikTok and Twitter keep me updated on all the new trends and they keep me laughing. Snapchat is mostly used for keeping up with my friends and staying in contact with them. I am not a big TV person, but sometimes I will watch Netflix on my phone also. A good show that I am watching right now is Outer Banks

Another necessity of quarantine is my car. This is a necessity for me because when my sister and I need to get out of the house, we like to just drive around and listen to music. We usually drive out towards the country past sherrard. It is fun discovering new places and doing something that we would normally do whether we are in quarantine or not. I am also still working so I definitely need my car to get me to work.

My last necessity, but certainly not least, is my planning journal. I received the journal as a gift and I love it! It guides you through how to use it as efficiently as possible and it keeps me on track. You can write all of your goals in it and plan each day, week, and month. There are also self reflection questions in it that can help you get to a healthier and happier place in your life. I would definitely recommend this product! You can get it at Target or online.
